• After agreeing upon a start date and price, Makaya identifies, interviews, tests, and screens candidates.
  
• Makaya will then carefully select a qualified consultant and they report to you for work.
  
• You evaluate the consultant during the first 40 hours of work.
  
• If after the first 40 hours, you are not completely satisfied with the Makaya consultant, you are not billed for the consultant's hours, and Makaya Outsourcing manager will replace the consultant. If you approve of the consultant's work, he or she remains on contract.
